Flowstar Technologies Inc. and Sigit Products Ltd.* are pleased to announce that, effective January 5, 2010, Sigit Products Ltd. has acquired the assets, customer base and key personnel of Flowstar Technologies Inc. This acquisition enables Sigit to expand its product and service offering while simultaneously increasing its current and prospective customer base. Sigit is excited about the growth potential this acquisition provides, our sales professionals will be contacting you shortly to introduce our full suite of products and services.

The transition date for all business was January 6, 2010.

Any customer invoices issued by Flowstar prior to that date should be paid directly to Flowstar. Sigit will invoice customers for all product and services delivered after that date.

Suppliers should continue to bill, and will receive payment from Flowstar for all items purchased under a Flowstar purchase order. Where applicable, after January 6th, Sigit will be issuing its own PO’s.
