Project Execution
Sigit applies the following key steps when establishing a "road
map". Ultimately leading to completion of a project:
Provide
definitive cost estimates suitable for AFE
Develop
and document control philosophies
Prepare
the required drawings, material lists and
equipment
specification
Provide
project scheduling and status reports on a
weekly
basis (or as per our Client’s requested
schedule)
Provide
purchasing, expediting and cost control
Commissioning
and test of the client’s operation
personnel
to ensure continuous operations
Life
cycle support of systems (remote or local)
Cost Control
The cost control system we have developed serves our clients extremely
well. It involves issuing a purchase order for all labor, equipment,
material and services
required for a project while tracking the costs against the AFE,
and crossreferencing each vendor invoice with
the purchase orders issued.
The cost analysis sheet is presented weekly to the client as a routine
function. It is recommended that this is integrated with a weekly
project meeting.
Sigit approves all invoices for direct payment by our clients with
no third party charges. Invoices are matched with purchase orders
issued.
Completion and Schedule
Sigit carefully evaluates each project and develops an overall program
delivery and construction schedule, which
encompasses all aspects leading to the completion of the project.
A detailed schedule, along with the succeeding
targets is typically provided. This generally includes:
Front-end
design and AFE development
Detailed
engineering and procurement
Equipment
delivery and construction schedule
Commissioning
and testing of equipment prior to
startup
Field
construction and commissioning
